What our concept demos and preview pages are, and what they are not.

These Disclaimers apply to excoresolutions.com, its concept demos, the unlisted preview pages on preview.excoresolutions.com, and our social media content. The Site is operated by Exodus Core Solutions LLC, a Pennsylvania limited liability company based in York, Pennsylvania ("Exodus Core," "we," "us").

1. General information only

Everything on the Site and in our social media posts is general information about our business and about websites. It is not legal, tax, accounting, financial, security, or other professional advice, and it does not create a professional-client relationship. We do not guarantee any result, such as search ranking, traffic, leads, sales, or revenue. Examples of results are illustrations. Your results depend on many things we do not control. Our Terms of Use explain that a client relationship starts only when we both sign a written Client Agreement.

2. Our concept demos are fictional

The sites under excoresolutions.com/demos/ (the "Concept Demos") are design samples we created to show our work. They are not real businesses and they are not our clients.

Each Concept Demo says so in its footer, for example: “A fictional business: names, address, phone and reviews are invented. Concept site by Exodus Core Solutions.”

  • The businesses, brands, people, addresses, phone numbers, prices, menus, reviews and testimonials on the Concept Demos are invented. Any resemblance to a real business or person is a coincidence.
  • Nothing on a Concept Demo can be bought, booked, ordered or redeemed, and no real goods or services are offered.
  • Forms and buttons on the Concept Demos are demonstrations. They do not send or save what you type. Please do not enter real personal information.
  • The Concept Demos are marked so that search engines should not list them, so that no one mistakes them for a real business.
  • Reviews and testimonials on the Concept Demos are fictional samples written by us and are not real customer opinions. We do not present them as real.
  • Some images, video and copy on the Concept Demos were made or assisted with AI tools (see section 4).
  • Place names, street addresses and landmarks on a Concept Demo are used only as set dressing. They do not mean a real business operates there.

3. No affiliation, sponsorship or endorsement

Names, logos, product names, fonts, photographs and other material that belong to other people may appear on the Site, on Concept Demos, or on Preview Sites. They are shown only to illustrate our design and writing work, or to show a business what a concept for its own site could look like.

  • We are not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by any brand or business that is named or shown, and none of them is affiliated with, sponsors, or endorses us, unless we say so in writing on the Site.
  • All trademarks, logos, brand names and images remain the property of their owners. We claim no rights in them.
  • A brand name shown on a Concept Demo is either invented or used only as an example. If a name there matches a real business, that is a coincidence and no connection is meant.
  • If you are the owner of material on the Site and want it changed or removed, see section 6.

4. AI-assisted content

We use AI tools to help us write, draw, edit and plan. A person at Exodus Core reviews and takes responsibility for what we publish.

  • Some images, video, copy and demonstration material on the Concept Demos, on Preview Sites, and in our social media posts were generated or assisted by AI tools and then reviewed and edited by us.
  • We do not use AI to invent real customers, real reviews, real testimonials or real results. We do not publish fake reviews.
  • Where a post or video features an AI-generated version of a person, including an AI likeness of our owner, we say so in the post. An AI likeness is never a real customer or a real endorsement from anyone else.
  • AI output can contain mistakes. Do not rely on our marketing posts as professional advice.
  • We cannot promise that AI-assisted material is free of third-party claims or that it qualifies for copyright protection. For client work, how AI-assisted material is handled is explained in the signed Client Agreement.

5. Preview Site Notice

PREVIEW ONLY. NOT THE OFFICIAL WEBSITE. This is an unofficial concept for the business named on the page, made by Exodus Core Solutions LLC from publicly available information. That business has not asked for, reviewed, approved, or endorsed it, and we are not affiliated with it. It is not indexed by search engines (noindex), is shared only with that business, and will be deleted 30 days after we sent the link. What a Preview Site is. From time to time we make a free, unofficial concept version of a local business's website and send the link to that business, to show what a redesign could look like. We do this on our own initiative. The business did not ask us to.

It is not the official website. A Preview Site is a mock-up. It is not the business's website, and it must not be treated as one. It is not published by or for the business, and it does not speak for the business. Anything on it, such as hours, prices, services, descriptions and claims, was taken from public sources or written by us as a placeholder, may be out of date or wrong, and has not been checked by the business. Buttons, links and forms on it do not work as real ones do.

No affiliation or endorsement. We are not connected with, authorized by, or endorsed by the business shown, and the business has not endorsed us or this work. We do not claim otherwise.

Where the content comes from. We build a Preview Site from information the business has made public, such as the text, logo and images on its own website or social media profile and its public business listing. We use only what is needed to show the concept. We try not to use photographs of identifiable people, other people's reviews, or material that obviously belongs to someone other than the business. We replace such material with placeholders or images of our own.

Who owns what. Names, logos, photographs, text and trademarks shown belong to their respective owners. We claim no ownership of them. We use them only to show the business a concept for its own site, and we do not display, sell, or publish a Preview Site, or use it to advertise to anyone else.

Private by design. A Preview Site sits at an unlisted web address, is marked "noindex" so that search engines should not list it, is not linked from our Site, is shared only with the business it was made for, and does not collect any information from visitors. Anyone who has the link can open it, so please do not share it.

It is only a concept. A Preview Site does not make an offer, quote or promise. We start work for a business only after both of us sign a written Client Agreement. If the business wants to go ahead, we will agree the scope, price and ownership in that Client Agreement. Until then, the business receives no license to use the Preview Site, and we receive no license to use the business's materials beyond showing it this concept.

Removal. If you are the owner of the business, or you own material shown on a Preview Site, you can ask us to remove it at any time. Email [email protected] with the subject "Remove preview" and the business name or link. We will take it down within 1–3 business days and confirm by email. You do not need to give a reason.

Automatic deletion. We delete each Preview Site, and the working files we made for it, 30 days after we send the link, unless the business asks us to keep it for longer while it considers the work.

Outreach. If we contacted you about a Preview Site, you can tell us to stop by replying "stop" or emailing [email protected]. We will stop within 10 business days and usually sooner.

If you believe something on the Site, on a Concept Demo or on a Preview Site infringes your copyright or trademark, or uses your name, image or business information without permission, email [email protected] with the subject "Copyright or removal request," the web address, a description of the material and why you object, your contact details, and, if you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner, a statement saying so. We will review promptly and, where reasonable, remove the material first and discuss afterwards.

We link to third-party sites such as LinkedIn and Instagram and are not responsible for them. We do not guarantee that the Site will be available at all times or free of errors. Any commitment about hosting uptime applies only to clients and only if it is in their signed Client Agreement.
