About Solace

A small studio atthe edge of the field.

Clinicians who would rather tell you the truth than sell you a package, in a quiet stone house on Orchard Lane.

Our story

Built around the conversation most clinics skip.

Solace began with a simple frustration: too many people were leaving appointments with a treatment they hadn’t planned on and a price they hadn’t heard.

Dr. Owen Hale and Elena Marsh had worked together for years before they opened Solace. They wanted a place where the first visit is a real conversation, every plan is written down and costed before it starts, and nobody is rushed into a chair.

They found an old limestone farmhouse at the edge of a meadow outside Lancaster and restored it slowly: thick walls, deep windows, private suites with doors that close. It’s small on purpose. You’ll see the same faces every time you visit.

Today a small team of clinicians and aestheticians work here under Dr. Hale’s medical oversight, and every one of them starts the same way: by listening.

How we work

Consult first, no upsell. We recommend what your skin needs, explain what it costs, and stop there, even when the honest answer is “nothing yet.”

  • Consult firstFifteen free minutes with a licensed clinician before anything is booked.
  • No upsellNo packages pushed at checkout and no commission on what we suggest.
  • Written plansWhat we’d suggest, what we wouldn’t, and the full cost, on paper.
  • Honest resultsResults vary. We tell you what’s realistic for you, not for a photo.
