Four generations of Marlows and Finches have set every stone at the same oak workbench since 1931. Engagement rings, wedding bands and heirloom redesigns — chosen with you, finished by hand, and cared for free for as long as you wear them.
In 1931, goldsmith Elias Marlow and diamond setter Walter Finch pooled their tools and opened a single oak workbench. Ninety years later their great-grandchildren still sit at it — and every piece in our cases passes through their hands before it passes into yours.
Bring us a ring that’s spent thirty years in a drawer, a watch that stopped on a Tuesday, or nothing but a question. Appraisals are always complimentary, the coffee is always on, and nobody here works on commission.
Photographed under the same light you’ll see them in at the counter — no filters, no retouching, nothing hidden.
The BezelAn oval diamond wrapped in a hand-burnished rim of gold — nothing to snag, and it throws light like a lantern.
Tourmaline CabochonA domed green tourmaline, polished smooth instead of faceted, so the color glows from inside like sea glass.
Toi et MoiA ruby and a diamond side by side on a slim platinum band — two stones, one for each of you.
Bezel EternityRound diamonds, each in its own collar of rose gold, set all the way around — bright from every angle.

Yellow, white and rose gold. Brushed, hammered, milgrain and diamond-set. Slip them on side by side, feel the weight and the comfort-fit edge, and choose the one that belongs on your hand — not just in the photo. Engraving is on us.

Bring us loose stones, an old setting, or a sketch on a napkin. We’ll render your design, cast it in wax so you can try it on, then set every stone by hand at the bench. Most commissions are ready in four to six weeks.
